Equipment of the flats

In an adjacent building we have a limited number of flats for rent. The size of these flats range from 22.29 to 37.39 square metres for a single room flat. A flat with two rooms can be as large as 42.82 square meters.

All flats have a kitchen with electric range and sink unit, as well as a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

The rent includes all comsumption costs except electricity supply. Electricity coast have to be paid directly to the electricity supplier depending on the scale of consumption.

A deposit of two months rent has to be paid when the contract is signed. Notice can be filed in up to the third working day of a month, in order to cancel the contract three months later. This corresponds to German law (§ 573 c Abs. 1 Satz 1 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch).
